Join Mediterranean Ambassadors Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between MagnaMaris (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Ambassador,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the MagnaMaris Ambassador Program (“Program”).

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a genuine passion for the Mediterranean culture, history, food, and travel.
Depending on the chosen ambassador category (Mediterranean Influencer or Mediterranean Author), you’ll need to meet specific criteria outlined in the application form.
2. Program Categories

The Program offers two categories for ambassadors:

Mediterranean Influencers: Individuals who create engaging social media content (videos, photos, captions) about the Mediterranean on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or Pinterest.
Mediterranean Authors: Individuals who write informative and well-researched articles on various aspects of the Mediterranean for publication on the MagnaMaris website.
3. Responsibilities of Ambassadors

Content Creation:
Influencers: Create high-quality and engaging social media content that aligns with MagnaMaris’s mission and target audience.
Authors: Write informative and well-researched articles for the MagnaMaris website on topics related to the Mediterranean culture, history, food, or travel.
Brand Promotion:
Acknowledge MagnaMaris in your content by tagging our social media profiles (Influencers) or including a bio mentioning your MagnaMaris ambassadorship (Authors).
Promote MagnaMaris and its content to your audience when relevant.
Professional Conduct:
Maintain a positive and professional online presence that reflects MagnaMaris’s values. Avoid creating content that is offensive, discriminatory, or misleading.
4. Rights and Ownership

You retain ownership of your original content created for the Program.
We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for promotional purposes on MagnaMaris’s website and social media channels.
We reserve the right to edit or modify your content for clarity, length, or brand alignment, but will make reasonable efforts to maintain the core message.
5. Compensation and Recognition

Influencers: We may offer various forms of recognition, such as featuring your content on our social media channels or website, or providing access to exclusive content or events.
Authors: We may offer a combination of recognition (e.g., author bio, social media promotion) and potential performance-based rewards. In some cases, your articles may contain affiliate links to relevant products or services. If a reader clicks on one of these affiliate links and makes a purchase, our platform may earn a commission from this transaction.
6. Term and Termination

This Agreement commences upon your acceptance into the Program and remains effective until terminated by either party.
We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
You may choose to withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.
7. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any technical difficulties or malfunctions you may experience while creating or sharing content for the Program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country].

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
