Dessert with Mediterranean Isabella Grapes

This dessert can be made by combining ripe Isabella grapes, a creamy custard base, and a hint of vanilla. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Fresh Isabella Grapes You can also use molasses instead.
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts such as almonds or walnuts

Equipment

  • 1 2 cups of fresh Isabella grapes You can also use molasses instead.
  • 1 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped nuts Such as almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts

Method
 

  1. Wash the Isabella grapes and remove them from the stem. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Greek yoghurt and honey in a small bowl until combined.
  3. Layer the Greek yoghurt mixture in serving glasses or bowls, followed by a handful of Isabella grapes.
  4. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of grapes on top.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the grapes for added crunch and flavour.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful Isabella Grape dessert!
